Umashree Enterprise is a part of the Newar Group of Companies. The company operates as a Commercial Clearing and Forwarding Agent (CC&F Agent) for Ultratech Cement in the state of West Bengal, managing three depots located in Burdwan, Bankura, and Sainthia. Additionally, it handles seven depots across the entire North East region, situated in Guwahati, Barpeta, Nagaon, Tezpur, Jorhat, Silchar, and Agartala.

The company’s primary responsibility is to manage inventory within these warehouses and oversee the commercial operations of Ultratech Cement depots at the aforementioned locations. Supported by a dedicated team of accountants and godown in-charges, Umashree Enterprise has been performing commendably since its inception in 2019.

Currently, the average turnover handled under the Umashree umbrella exceeds 1,25,000 MT in the West Bengal depots and around 1,00,000 MT in the North East region. Notably, when the company commenced operations in 2019 in West Bengal, the turnover was approximately 60,000 MT. By 2025, this figure had impressively grown to 1,25,000 MT of cement.
